She explains that she first heard about the rumors when a friend text-messaged her about Internet reports that said she and John were ending their 2-1/2 year marriage.

"I made up a little litmus test, like a little laundry list, because no one would take me seriously sitting on a sofa being a journalist-type person asking tough questions or talking about serious issues, I'm too much of a bobble-head for that," she tells Mary. "So I knew from the get-go we wanted to keep things light, easy-going. No crying was our number one rule."

"In the summer, you really don't want to eat a big, heavy meal," Rachael admits. "Sometimes we do a big burger, but when I do, I feel so heavy afterwards. [I say to myself], 'It's so hot, why'd I eat so much?'"
