James Tupper was called McTreemy back when he was on "Men in Trees," which was an homage to "Grey's Anatomy" hunk Patrick Dempsey, whose character is called McDreamy. Now Tupper is actually checking into Seattle Grace as a trauma counselor, who will try to help the staff get back to their lives after the shooting spree in the explosive finale that left several dead. "Grey's Anatomy" has just signed Jesse Williams, who plays hot doc Jackson Avery, to become a series regular. And that isn't the only new project for Jesse -- wearing Alfani, he will be featured in GQ magazine this September -- and ET was behind the scenes of his photo shoot.

The season finale of "Grey's Anatomy" was a two-hour shocker in which the irate husband of a patient who died at Seattle Grace Hospital returns with a gun and goes on a shooting rampage. As he searches out Dr. Derek "McDreamy" Shepherd (Patrick Dempsey), who is the target of his wrath, many familiar faces, including Alex Karev (Justin Chambers), Reed (Nora Zehetner) and Charles (Robert Baker) are shot and several die.
