Andy Dick -- seen here in his mug shot -- will not face felony charges in relation to his arrest in July, but the troubled celeb will have to face the court on other charges.

Authorities tell ET that Dick "was formally charged with assault and drug possession. He faces a total of four misdemeanors: assault, possession of marijuana, possession of xanax (without a prescription) and public intoxication."

His arraignment is set for this Wednesday, Aug 27th. He is required to attend.
