Jason Segel Heads to Phys Ed
Jason Segel is putting on his gym shorts and getting out his whistle in 'Bad Teacher.'
The actor is on the roster to appear alongside Cameron Diaz in the comedy, according to Variety.
The plot follows a middle school teacher who gets dumped by her boyfriend. The foulmouthed, gold-digger teacher then develops an eye for the school's model teacher. But, she has some competition with a co-worker for his affection. Segel will suit up as the gym teacher.
The bell rings for shooting to commence next month in Los Angeles. The casting announcement on the romantic lead is still pending, according to Variety.
