Special Agent Tony DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly) hasn't had a serious romance on "NCIS" since his split with Dr. Jeanne Benoit, daughter of Le Grenouille. But that may be about to change on tonight's episode of "NCIS" when DiNozzo finds himself captivated by a woman he's never met, while investigating the murder of her brother.

On tonight's episode, Tony has had a date with an attractive barista, who changes her status on her social network page to "committed relationship," following one date with him, but that seems all wrong to him.

"I get it," Michael tells ET. "She had a date with Tony. I am sure it was fantastic. She fell in love, but Tony is not ready for that. Then, Tony, in the next instance, falls head over heels for this other girl in a virtual way because he doesn't meet her until the end of the program. That is the lovely Ashley Scott, who I worked with on 'Dark Angel.'"

Gibbs (Mark Harmon) gets concerned when Tony goes online to investigate the murder and becomes captivated by this woman he has never met that Tony "may be obsessed with [her]."

In real life, social networking is not Michael's thing.

"I feel like my Tweet could get punked and then I'd get Facebooked," he jokes.

The "Obsession" episode of "NCIS" airs tonight at 8 p.m. on CBS.
